To mark the arrival of Taza Park’s first condos, Taza and Crystal Creek Homes transformed the Sales & Marketing Centre into a celebration of everything the community stands for. The space came alive with the aroma of locally roasted coffee, fresh seasonal treats, and the sounds of live music. Guests rolled up their sleeves for a plant-a-pot workshop, took an exclusive first look at Black Birch Heights, and got a glimpse of the community still to come.

Aron Casas was a crowd favourite, bringing a wonderful energy to the event with his soulful blend of country, folk, rock, and pop music.

Locally roasted coffee from Rosso Coffee Roasters and fresh pastries from YUM Bakery complemented the afternoon perfectly, providing the right fuel to connect, explore and take in the experience.

At the Plant-a-Pot Workshop, each visitor selected their own seedling and received hands-on planting guidance before leaving with a potted plant of their own.

While enjoying the afternoon, visitors stepped inside the brand-new Black Birch Heights show suite to experience the finishes, light, and layout firsthand. The Crystal Creek Homes team was on-site to walk through floor plans, amenities, and timelines, helping guests envision exactly how Taza Park fits into their next chapter.

Our Taza Park Community Ambassadors were on hand throughout the day, showcasing the vibrant, grand vision of the village. Through our interactive media wall, everyone was able to look beyond the map and truly visualize their future within the community.

At the heart of the celebration, creativity truly took root. With the guidance of Tsuut’ina Nation artist Nathan P. Meguinis, the crowd helped bring a collaborative piece to life.

This wasn’t just art to admire; it was art to shape. Each person added their own stamped leaves to the canvas, leaving a lasting mark that will live on at Black Birch Heights as we build this community together.
